Funeral services are set for this week for the DeKalb County officer shot and killed after a traffic stop last week.

Over the weekend, Edgar Flores’ fellow law enforcement officers escorted his body to the Whitfield Funeral home in Northeast Georgia.

Visitation started Sunday and will continue from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Funeral services are planned for Tuesday at All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody.

Another service is planned for Wednesday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch.

Monday would have been Flores’ 25th birthday.
