Screen on the Green

Atlanta, Ga – This year's Screen on the Green almost never happened. Organizers had made a very public announcement that it was off for 2011, but then – at the last minute – sponsors swooped in to save the Thursday night annual June tradition. Screen on the Green is hosted each year, by the Piedmont Park Conservancy. And at last week's film – just before the start – we sent WABE's David Barasoain off to find out, besides the movie – what's on the scene at Screen on the Green?
