The first two installments of PBA 30’s Get Delicious series brought us Atlanta’s Hidden Restaurant Treasures, and Atlanta’s Global Eateries.  The latest episode, Barbecue, Bacon, and other Adventures in Meat, airs tonight on channel 30.  In honor of the debut, we invited the series’ host Jim Stacey in to tell us more about the show.  Our chat began with the basics – what exactly is barbecue?
