Celebrating the Outstanding at the Suzi Bass Awards

Every year, Atlanta’s theater community comes together for the Suzi Bass Awards. The ceremony recognizes outstanding work in live theatre with awards for Direction, Choreography, Design, Acting and many more categories. Think about it as the Tony Awards for Atlanta. This weekend, for the first time, television audiences can follow the action down the red carpet as PBA30 will be broadcasting this year’s “Suzis,” which took place in November. We sat down with one of the award’s founders, Dianne Butler, to talk about the show.
