Embattled Douglas D.A. Announces Retirement

Douglas County District Attorney David McDade is retiring from office at the end of this month.

McDade has recently been the subject of a probe by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, an investigation McDade requested after allegations of improper spending of forfeited funds and employees’ use of county vehicles.
