In the homestretch leading up to Election Day candidates are making every weekend count.
This past weekend, candidates’ attention turned to convincing Georgia’s women voters.
To talk more about that, WABE politics reporter Rahul Bali joined “All Things Considered” while reporting live from the State Senate.
He says the first event he covered was with former Republican Georgia U.S. Senator Kelley Loeffler. Since she lost her Senate runoff last year, she turned her attention to registering conservative voters through her organization Greater Georgia.
Bali says the topics Loeffler covered centered around pocketbook issues, inflation, and some mentions of education as well.
