But Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney, who has overseen the investigation from the start, heard arguments on Tuesday about the report’s release.

Prosecutors argued that the time to figure out what to do with this report is after District Attorney Fani Willis announces whether she is pursuing any criminal charges. Willis says that decision is “imminent.”

It’s abortions after six weeks of pregnancy.

General Assembly Democrats announced a bill Tuesday called the Reproductive Freedom Act. If passed, it would repeal House Bill 481’s abortion restrictions and expand Georgia’s network of abortion providers.

It’s housing affordability.

The Atlanta Fed tracks housing affordability using the HOAM (Home Ownership Affordability Monitor) Index. The latest numbers show that housing affordability may be improving as demand drops, leading to falling home prices.
