Atlanta’s oldest Historically Black College and University is making a comeback.
New funding is coming to Morris Brown College months after the institution got its accreditation back.
The school lost its accreditation in 2002 and filed for bankruptcy.
On Friday’s edition of “Closer Look,” WABE education reporter Martha Dalton spoke about a nearly $3 million grant that Sen. Jon Ossoff helped the institution secure.
Dalton further discussed president Dr. Kevin James’s vision for the school.
