'City Lights' team presents a Juneteenth Holiday Weekend Event Roundup

With the many Juneteenth celebrations happening throughout the metro Atlanta area, team “City Lights” wanted to put together a short roundup of events for WABE’s listening audience. In this segment, “City Lights” producers Kim Drobes, Jeannine Etter, and Summer Evans highlight many Juneteenth celebrations taking place this holiday weekend.

Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, Friday, June 16- Sunday, June 18

Oakland Cemetery Juneteenth Celebration, June 17, 10:30 am – 1:00 pm

The City of South Fulton’s Juneteenth, Sunday, June 18. 2 pm to 10 pm
