Comcast’s Connect 404 initiative aims to combat digital divide, promote digital equity in Atlanta
Comcast has announced a new initiative aimed at advancing digital equity in Atlanta.
On Monday, the telecommunications and media conglomerate announced the launch of the new digital navigator program Connect 404.
The digital navigator program provides $110,000 in grants to two Atlanta nonprofits, Raising Expectations and Inspiredu.
On Monday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Dalila Wilson-Scott, the executive vice president and chief diversity officer of Comcast Corporation and the president of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation, spoke with show host Rose Scott about the new program, combating the digital divide through digital equity and the importance of having a strong digital skillset to create wealth.
