Hip-hop artist Kendrick Lamar is coming to Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta for the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship game.
Better yet, his performance is free to attend.
The event at the park starts at 7 p.m., an hour before kickoff, according to information from the Georgia World Congress Center. Darius Rucker will also be performing, and a three-story screen will be set up at the park for concertgoers to view the championship game in its entirety.
The halftime show will be made up of the competing schools’ bands playing inside the stadium, and Lamar will be featured during the festivities, from outside, according to Atlanta Championship Game representative Erin Shearer.
Atlanta police anticipate 100,000 people in Atlanta for the game and related events, according to a news release.
