Bitzel’s Chocolate opened its doors in the summer of 2023 with a Willy Wonka style experience for visitors — minus all the shenanigans.
The experience walks guests through the entire chocolate-making process, starting with the harvesting of the beans and following it all the way into the mouths of consumers.
The chocolate produced by Bitzel’s in their state-of-the-art facility is the brainchild of executive chef and chocolatier Sabrina Coombs, who assured WABE that, while guests will be fully immersed in the process, “no one will be turned into a blueberry.”
