Georgians react to Trump’s second presidential victory

Former President Donald Trump has defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election.
On Wednesday’s special edition of “Closer Look with Rose Scott,” show host Rose Scott opens the phone lines to hear directly from Georgia voters.
Scott is joined by Georgia State University politics and policy professor Tammy Greer and Atlanta-based political strategist and analyst Fred Hicks. They recap some of the defining moments of each parties’ campaigns and provide analysis of the presidential race. They also discuss what’s next for the Republicans and Democrats.
