Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport officials estimated at least 4.2 million people traveled through the airport from Friday, Nov. 22, through Monday, Dec. 2.
Airport officials are encouraging travelers to plan accordingly. With Christmas and New Year’s Day fast approaching, more domestic and international is expected.

Biegler also gave an update on construction projects and security measures airport officials are taking to keep travelers safe.
