Fans of the Broadway sensation “Hamilton” will still have to wait some time, but the dates for the shows return to Atlanta — more specifically to the Fox Theatre — have been scheduled.
The enduring hit “Hamilton” will be back in Atlanta from March 31 to May 3, five weeks longer than the previous three-week stay in 2018. Tickets for that Atlanta debut sold out quickly, leading to this longer run. Some 100,000 tickets are reported to have been sold at the Fox during the first time in Atlanta.
Ticket prices for this show are still TBA on The Fox Theatre website, but public sales usually start 8-12 weeks before opening night of a show. The ticket prices in 2018 ranged from $80-$550 and were only available through the Fox Theatre box office.
Season ticket subscribers will have the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale next year. Subscriptions for the 2019-2020 season of Broadway in Atlanta, of which this show is a part, are no longer available.
“We are thrilled to be bringing another incredible season of Broadway to Atlanta,” Russ Belin, Vice President of Broadway in Atlanta, said. “This season’s line-up truly is a celebration of Broadway through the ages, from Broadway classics to childhood stories that have come to life on stage. We’re proud to be able to bring the best of Broadway shows direct from New York to the Fox Theatre!”
