Voter turnout reached a high — more than than 144 million people cast votes.
Campaign spending also reached record highs. The nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics estimated the presidential and congressional campaigns will rack up about $14 billon.
And with Georgia’s two Senate seats are heading into runoff races this number is only expected to rise.
Who will spend and where? On Tuesday’s edition of Closer Look with Rose Scott, Atlanta-based political strategist Fred Hicks weighed in.
