Feeding America, a national hunger-relief organization, reports that more than 50 million people may face hunger because of the coronavirus pandemic, including a potential 17 million children.
Also, Feeding America concludes, every community in the country is home to families who struggle with food insecurity and rely on their local food banks for support.
