What is WABE Passport?
WABE Passport is a member benefit that gives you on-demand access to quality programming online. WABE Passport features PBS and select local programming that allows you to watch even more episodes of your favorite shows, including Downton Abbey on MASTERPIECE along with other popular series including, The Great British Baking Show, NOVA and many more. Sometimes, you will be able to preview shows on WABE Passport before they air on WABE TV, and you can also search for past episodes of your favorite shows on the WABE Passport menu.
How do I activate WABE Passport?
After making a donation of $5/month or more, or a one-time donation of $60 or more, you should receive an email within 24–48 hours with activation instructions.

After receiving an email from PBS, click “Click Here to Activate Now.”

You’ll be directed to an activation screen showing your preferred station. Make sure WABE is selected as your preferred station.

Check the box to allow PBS to share your viewing history. This must be checked to continue with activation.

Confirm your selection.

Click Get Started to begin watching WABE Passport content.
How do I sign in to WABE Passport?
- Go to pbs.org and click Sign In in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Use the same Google, Facebook, or PBS account you used to activate WABE Passport. Important: If you use a different email address, you won’t be able to access WABE Passport videos.

Once logged in, all WABE Passport content will be marked with the WABE Passport icon. The icon also appears next to your name when you’re signed in, so you’ll know you’re viewing as a WABE Passport member.
How can I reset my password?
If you wish to reset your password, click here. An email will be sent to the address you provide with instructions to complete the WABE Passport password reset.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your PBS account email at any time by visiting your PBS Account User Profile. Open your profile, log in with your current account, click “Update Personal Information,” and enter your new email address.
I think I’m already a member, how can I verify? ?
To check if your WABE Passport membership has been activated, please click this link and follow the instructions. Make sure to use the same email address you used when signing up for WABE Passport. If your email is in our system, you’ll be directed to a screen that displays:

A confirmation that your WABE Passport membership has been activated.

A link to PBS.org where you can sign in.

Member status for any additional accounts you may have.

If you see that an activation link has been emailed to you, be sure to check your spam folder in case it was delivered there. Also, confirm that you are checking the correct email account, the one used to register for WABE Passport.

If you receive a message saying your email address cannot be found, it means you are not using the same email address on file with your station. Try any other email addresses you may have used to sign up for WABE Passport.

How can I update my membership information, change my donation amount, or update my billing information?

How do I cancel my WABE Passport member benefit?

Can memberships be transferred from one station to another?
Memberships do not transfer from station to station. Being a member of one station does not automatically make you a member of another. However, you can be a member of multiple stations at the same time.
