Atlanta-based author Audrey Galex discusses some life lessons in her new book 'Turtle Rocks'

Audrey Galex spent a summer on the banks of the Mississippi River as a child when an encounter and temporary adoption of a turtle left a vivid memory and imparted some important life lessons.

Galex drew on that inspiration for her first book, the children’s story “Turtle Rocks.” 

“City Lights” host Lois Reitzes spoke with the Atlanta-based author about her book.
