In Atlanta’s art community, one of its hardest-working muralists has been positively covering the town through his bright, colorful designs, showing his love for the city, its people and his fellow artists.

George F. Baker III, also known as GFB3, joined WABE’s “City Lights” last year to discuss another contribution toward Atlanta hometown pride with his Atlanta Black Arts Map of 2022.

Baker’s first solo exhibition, “Little Reminders,” is on view at Cat-Eye Creative through Nov. 26.

In this edition of “City Lights,” managing producer Kim Drobes spoke with Baker about his art and signature style.

I always like to craft these childlike, colorful adventures of creativity and positivity,” Baker said.

Baker’s solo exhibition “Little Reminders” is on view at Cat-Eye Creative through Nov. 26 and more information is available here.
