The Democratic National Convention is underway this week in Chicago. President Joe Biden, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock from Georgia were among the group of speakers on Monday night.

On Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Atlanta-based political strategist Fred Hicks returned to provide an analysis of the convention’s opening night and what to expect in the coming days of the event.

During the discussion Hicks explained why he feels Democrats are strategically playing defense and offense during the convention. He also talked about the latest political polls.
