Atlanta Sounds: The Fiddler

For almost four decades, the fiddle has been a fixture in Bob Simon’s life. 

He began by teaching himself and later took lessons. Today, Simon teaches the fiddle to individuals and groups around the metro area.

“I don’t want them to play like I do,” Simon says. “I want them to find their own way of playing, but there’s always going to be a part of me in there and I like that legacy.”
