Award-winning musical 'Wicked: The Untold True Story of the Witches of OZ' lands at the Fox Theatre
Long before Dorothy clicked her ruby red slippers, there were the Witches of Oz. The Tony award-winning Broadway musical, “Wicked,” tells the story of what happened in the Land of Oz from a different perspective. The two main characters are Elphaba and Glinda, an unlikely duo who become friends before the world decides to call one “good” and the other “wicked.” The North American Tour of “Wicked” is at the Fox Theatre through July 30.
In this interview, “City Lights” producer Summer Evans spoke with actor and Georgia native Jackie Raye, who is part of the ensemble cast and the understudy for Glinda and Nessarose.
