The AJC – Decatur Book Festival’s Daren Wang drops by to fill us on the week’s book events.
Sena Jeter Naslund will be at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library on Sept 24th to discuss her novel, The Fountain of St. James Court; Or, Portrait of the Artists as an Old Woman. The event begins at 7 p.m.
Author Charles McNair will hold a launch for his new book Pickett’s Charge on Sept 25th at Manuel’s Tavern. This event begins at 7 p.m.
Finally, there are two events this weekend that have the book collector in mind: the 54th Annual AAUW Book Fair at Perimeter Mall and the Georgia Antiquarians Booksellers Association Book Fair at the Cobb County Civic Center.
