Can State Officials Implement Obamacare While Fighting It? A Talk with Sen. Renee Unterman

Even as Georgia officials continue to fight the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (often called Obamacare), they must prepare for the first stages of the Act’s rollout on October 1.  

The question is whether the state should devote its efforts to helping Georgia consumers get informed and ready, instead of continuing the fight against the ACA.
