In Atlanta’s bustling and endlessly appetizing international food scene, it can be hard to pick a place to eat. Luckily, the Latin Restaurant Weeks campaign is back this year to clue you into some must-try local eateries serving food from all over Central and South America, as well as rich Latin-American culinary traditions.
Promotions and special menus are ongoing across greater Atlanta from Nov. 15-30 at restaurants, food trucks and food businesses. “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes was joined by chef, educator and food stylist Maricela Vega to talk about some of the upcoming tasty opportunities.
“Now we have such a rich array of cultural diversity; we see so many folks from Central and South America, as well as in the Caribbean,” said Vega.
