Chess and Kids
This weekend K - 8th graders will meet for a statewide chess tournament here in Atlanta. The competition is hosted by the Georgia Chess Association and will match up over 300 kids from about forty schools. But with today’s technology like iPods and DS4s, we wondered how many kids really are still playing the board game chess. WABE’s David Barasoain went to find out.
