Chick-fil-A vs. Vermont Folk Artist: An Update
Last October, Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A sent a legal letter to Vermont folk artist Bo Muller-Moore. For years, he has been selling T-shirts with a logo he designed, bearing the phrase, “Eat More Kale.”
The restaurant chain demanded Muller-Moore stop using the slogan, which the company said was too similar to its trademarked phrase, “Eat Mor Chikin.”
WABE’s Denis O’Hayer, who first spoke with Muller-Moore in November of last year, got an update.
