The former U.S. Poet Laureate, Billy Collins, drops by to discuss some of his writing
Atlanta, GA – Former U.S. Poet Laureate, Billy Collins, will be in Atlanta this weekend to deliver a free reading at Emory University. A well-known regular guest on National Public Radio programs, he's often referred to as “the most popular poet in America.” Billy Collins joined us for a conversation from the studios of WMFE in Orlando. I began by asking him about one of his favorite poets, Emily Dickinson, and how her work fits into American poetry.
