Coffee Barista

On any given weekday evening Justin Gladman says he might prepare about 50 cups of coffee at SanFran Coffee in Virginia Highlands. Justin admits he’s bad with names, but knows the regular customers. He also remembers their drinks and personalities. And with some customers he understands that his role as a barista is a big part of their daily routine. According to Wikipedia, the term “barista” refers to one who has acquired some level of expertise in the preparation of espresso-based coffee drinks.
