A Conversation with James Earl Carter IV, the Man in the Middle of the Romney “47%” Video

An Atlanta political researcher, who’s also a grandson of former President Jimmy Carter, is at the center of the debate over the controversial, secretly-recorded video of remarks by Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.  The video was released by Mother Jones magazine, which obtained it from an unnamed source.  The man who put the source in touch with the magazine was James Earl Carter the Fourth, who works here in Atlanta.  He spoke with WABE’s Denis O’Hayer.
