Georgia homeowners might have noticed their premiums are on the increase. Overall, rates are up 6% this year, according to a recent survey.
The report also found that Georgia has experienced a 189% increase in billion-dollar natural disasters over the last 20 years.

Manders joined “All Things Considered” to talk about the ever-increasing insurance costs and what’s driving the increases.
Christopher Alston contributed to this report.
