On the evening of Saturday 7th September BBC World Service radio will be recording an edition of The Arts Hour On Tour at The Atlantic Theater on the Georgia Tech campus. Nikki Bedi will be the host and guests will include author Tayari Jones, whose An American Marriage won the Women’s Prize for Fiction as well as commendations from Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama. Also, documentarians The Horne Brothers, whose The South Got Something To Say looks at the vital role of Atlanta and the southern states in the rise of hip hop. Plus live music!
