On the night of Monday, April 8, 2013, the Georgia Dome was the center of the sports world, as Louisville outlasted Michigan to take the NCAA Division One men’s basketball title. But the Dome will soon be replaced by a new stadium for the Atlanta Falcons, which will include a retractable roof. Seats at the new stadium will be more expensive than those at the Dome, which raises the question of whether middle class fans will be able to afford to come to the games. But Kennesaw State University professor J.C. Bradbury says fans themselves are helping to create the new reality. He spoke with WABE’s Denis O’Hayer.
