In the Fall, One’s Fancy Turns to…Daffodils and Tulips?

  With temperatures getting cooler and leaves just starting to crunch underfoot, most of us are probably not thinking of January and February. But late winter is exactly what’s on the mind of horticulturist Geri Laufer, who is busy planting bulbs around her new house for the daffodils and tulips that will see their first blooms in the late icy months. Geri invited host John Lemley over to get his hands a little dirty, sowing some bulbs. She started things off by sharing her extraordinarily ambitious planting goal for this fall.
