FAMU Drum Major’s Parents Reject Claims He Asked for Hazing

On Wednesday, May 23rd, the parents of a drum major from DeKalb County renewed their demand for murder charges in the hazing death of their son.  Robert Champion, a drum major at Florida A&M, died after being beaten during a hazing incident on the band’s bus last November.  WABE’s Denis O’Hayer reports.
