Filling the Hole with Synchronicity’s “Milvotchkee, Visconsin”
Synchronicity Theatre opened their season with a “comedy about a tragedy.” The show is called Milvotchkee, Visconsin and it deals with the issue of memory loss. It was produced in partnership with Emory’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. WABE’s Myke Johns spoke with the show's director Patricia Henritze and Synchronicity's Producing Artistic Director Rachel May, as well as with Education Core Director for Emory’s ADRC, Kenneth Hepburn about the unique perspective the show takes on an otherwise frightening condition.
Synchronicity Theatre’s production of Milvotchkee, Visconsin is onstage at the 14th Street Playhouse now through October 20th. For more, you can visit Atlanta PlanIt.
