Dr. Tim Crimmins talks about the how Atlanta became Georgia’s capitol city
Atlanta, Ga – In December of 1867, a convention of delegates from around Georgia gathered in Atlanta to write a new Constitution for the State.
We met with Dr. Tim Crimmins, Director of the Center for Neighborhood and Metropolitan Studies at Georgia State University outside the north entrance of the Georgia State Capitol to learn more about this historic summit.
