With its dancers and creators displaced from their war-torn home country, the Grand Kyiv Ballet nevertheless brings us a new production of the classic ballet “Giselle,” stopping March 15 at Atlanta Symphony Hall along an ambitious 60-city tour of the United States — the first of its kind for this young ballet company.
