1. Entry Time Period

This sweepstakes’ Start Date is OCTOBER 6, 2012 after 8:00 a.m. (EST) and the End Date is October 17, 2012 at 8:59 a.m. (EST.) No entries for the drawing held after 9:00 a.m. (EST) on October 17, 2012 will be accepted before the Start Date or after the End Date.  Enter early for more chances to win; all entries received during this sweepstakes will be entered into future sweepstakes drawings occurring at a later date during WABE’s 2012 Fall Fund Drive. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.   All pledge and non-pledge participation will result in a total of one entry per name per drawing.   Winner’s name must match state-issued photo identification.  Persons in the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) persons who on or after the Start Date, were employees of APS, AETC, Public Broadcasting Atlanta, The Home Depot and (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in the preceding category, regardless of where they live; or who reside in the same household, whether related or not.

3. Prize

One winner will receive a The Home Depot gift card, worth $500.00 (five hundred dollars).  Any and all prize-related expenses, plus any and all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age.  Retail value of prize: $500.00 (five hundred dollars).

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Winner will be notified by November 15, 2012.  Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release.  Non-compliance will result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner.  WABE will contact winners via e-mail, phone number(s) and/or mailing address provided by contest entrant.  Failure of winners to respond or accept prize(s) within sixty days will result in alternate prize disposition.

5. Odds

The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All pledges and all non-pledge entries will result in a list of unduplicated names from which one winner will be randomly selected.
