One of Atlanta’s most crowd-pleasing fundraisers returns to the Fox Theatre this year: the fourth annual “Revival” benefit concert. Hosted by beloved Atlanta music icon Kevn Kinney of Drivin N Cryin, the show raises funds for the Fox’s outreach programs, including preservation efforts for many historic Georgia theaters and the art communities they unite.

The April 28 “Revival” is headlined this year by the Indigo Girls, with performances by Blackberry Smoke’s Charlie Starr, Benji Shanks and several special guests.

Kinney joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to discuss this year’s upcoming “Revival” experience.

“Atlanta is just a really great unique place because I think we’ve always just taken great pride in being the underdog,” said Kinney. He continued, “The [Fox] has really represented a place where the community could gather and all experience something together.”
