The tangy, savory, and sweet flavors of Korea are on Atlanta’s table for a celebration dinner, welcoming the release of the brand-new cookbook “KOREAWORLD.” A collaboration by San Francisco-based chef and restaurateur Deuki Hong and journalist Matt Rodbard, the book explores Korean cuisine both traditional, modern and fusion, from the kitchens of Koreans and Korean immigrants worldwide.
They’re also inviting the public to join them for a multi-course dinner at Chai Pani in Decatur on June 25, with a spread featuring their favorite Korean recipes as well as contributions from the chefs at Heirloom Market BBQ and Indian dishes from the Chai Pani team.
