Many local businesses have been forced to shut their doors during the COVID-19 pandemic, in light of state and local restrictions.
However, for certain businesses, it’s still possible to continue operations. They just have to get a little creative.
Such is the case for a local bicycle repair shop — called Velofix Atlanta. Like many companies, Velofix has implemented new protocols during the pandemic.
While Velofix typically operates as mobile repair shop, normally, customers can sit or stand by van while waiting for the mechanic to complete repairs.
Now, the company has implemented “no contact” policies. Customers can leave their bikes outside their door, and a technician will collect the bike and repair it for them.
