Georgia State University law professor Anthony Michael Kreis believes politics and the courts shape constitutional law. He explains his argument in his latest book, “Rot and Revival.”

In the book, Professor Kries uses historical research and sciences to spotlight how courts have existed and cannot exist without the influence of national politics.

On Monday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Professor Kries talked with show host Rose Scott about his new book and what he wants readers to understand after reading it.
