Miller Union chef’s new cookbook 'Vegetable Revelations' encourages unique ways to serve range of veggies
Steven Satterfield, the award-winning chef behind Atlanta’s Miller Union, has a distinct talent for honoring fresh produce. Since opening his Westside restaurant 13 years ago, Satterfield has become known for giving pride of place to seasonality, and his 2015 cookbook, “Root to Leaf,” explored making the most out of every edible part of a plant.
The chef’s new cookbook, “Vegetable Revelations: Inspiration for Produce-Forward Cooking,” features over 150 recipes and encourages readers to discover new and unique ways to serve a wide range of vegetables.
