New president of Georgia Restaurant Association discusses the state of restaurant industry

Stephanie Fischer was recently named the new president and CEO of the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA). Fischer worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years and previously served as chair of the GRA Board of Directors in 2022.

On Friday’s edition of “Closer Look,” she talked with show host Rose Scott about several topics, including the current state of restaurants in Georgia, her top priorities this legislative session and what the GRA is doing to equip restaurant owners with tools and resources to remain resilient in a changing industry.
