November 5 Local Election Sample Ballots
On November 5, many metro-area cities and counties will be holding local elections for mayors, city councils, and other local positions. Some will also be holding special elections to fill vacant positions or to vote on referenda.
Since information on local elections can sometimes be hard to find, we have identified sample ballots for the majority of the local elections being held next week. The links are listed below.

- Part 2: Fulton County also has links to sample ballots for all its municipalities that will be holding local elections this year.
Gwinnett County (in 2 parts)
- Part 1: the county asks voters to log in to the Georgia Secretary of State’s web site with their home address in order to view the sample ballot.
- Part 2: if you live within the city limits of a municipality in Gwinnett, you have to vote in that municipality’s local election. The county’s web site has information on how to contact each municipal government. Not all municipalities have sample ballots online.
