Pete the Cat and His Two Groovy Creators
On May 20th, a children’s book—Pete the Cat and his Four Groovy Buttons, debuted at number one on the New York Times Bestseller List for picture books. “Pete the Cat” is the creation of Atlanta-based artist James Dean who teamed up with musician, storyteller and fellow Atlantan Eric Litwin to produce a book for children. WABE’s Myke Johns sat down with James and Eric to find out how their collaboration came about.
