3:31: From suburban neighborhoods to growing cities, American neighborhoods are changing and a study by the University of Minnesota School of Law finds poverty is the most common factor. According to the report, 36.5 million residents live in an area that has undergone “low-income concentration” since 2000. More on the study’s findings with Professor Myron Orfield, Director of the Institute of Metropolitan Opportunity, and Will Stancil, research fellow at the Institute of Metropolitan Opportunity.
