As President Obama moves into the final stage of the 2012 campaign, his strategists are trying to figure out how to re-energize minority voters who turned out for him in big numbers in 2008: particularly African-American and Latino voters. They could provide the margin of victory in key swing states. But the President has some work to do, according to Emory University political scientist Michael Leo Owens. He spoke with WABE’s Denis O’Hayer.
